All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. To claim return/exchange we need to get the recorder uncut video of the parcel (no exceptions).

Dispatch & Delivery Policy • Standard Orders: We typically dispatch orders within 5 to 7 days, with maximum handling time running up to 15 days. • Made-to-Order Jewelry: Because each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted just for you, made-to-order items require 10 to 15 days before shipment. • Quality First: Every order undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before leaving our studio. Should your order require extra craft time, our team will proactively keep you updated every step of the way. PAN-India Shipping & Delivery • Rates & Free Shipping Threshold: Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹100. Orders valued at ₹1,499 and above qualify for complimentary free shipping across India. • Estimated Delivery: Packages dispatched to locations within Bangalore arrive within 1–2 working days. For all other domestic destinations, delivery takes 3–4 working days. • Tracking Information: Tracking details are automatically sent via email and WhatsApp as soon as your shipment leaves our facility.
Return Policy
Refund, Returns & Exchanges • Exchange Only: We do not offer monetary refunds or cancellations. Exchanges are strictly applicable for products received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item was delivered. • Reporting Window: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package to initiate an exchange request. • Mandatory Proof: To process any claim, a clear, unedited package unboxing video showing the original sealed parcel being opened is required.
